REPORT BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ON ORDINANCE No.25 of 1887

ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE,

19th December 1887

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

"An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation

of a Supplementary Sum of three hundred and Ninety two thousand, Four hundred and Sixty two Dollars and thirty cents to defray the charges of the year 1886;"

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

The object of this Ordinance is, as the title implies, to sanction the expenditure of $392,462.30 in addition to the sum already provided for the year 1886.
